The Mara Shawl is a versatile shawl knitted in a squishy broken garter rib pattern. This gaugeless pattern lets you use any yarn and any needle size to make a simple shawl that is easy to throw on with any outfit throughout the year.

The Mara Shawl is worked flat and in one piece with circular needles beginning with a small amount of stitches that gradually increase while working the charted pattern to the full width, then decrease to taper and complete the other half.
