construction
The Delft Pullover is worked top down, in the round, and seamlessly. Circular needles are used to work in the round, beginning with the neckband. The yoke is begun in the colorwork chart with increases throughout, followed by German short rows to raise the back neck. The yoke is then divided and the sleeve stitches are placed on hold while the body is worked then finished with 1x1 ribbing and bound off.
The sleeves are worked one at a time, placing the held stitches back onto circular needles or DPNs. They are worked in stockinette stitch in the round while gradually decreasing to the wrist, finishing with ribbing to match the body.
