The Bloom Cowl is a cozy colorwork cowl with flowery bloom motifs. The lofty yarn provides warmth while being lightweight, and the split neck ribbing adds coverage to keep the chill out.
This is a purchase of digital pattern instructions to knit this item, not a physical product.
construction
The Bloom Cowl is worked in one piece with circular needles beginning in the round with the cast on, working a short amount of ribbing, then switching needle sizes to work the stranded colorwork chart. The work is then divided to work flat. Half the stitches are placed on hold while the shorter ribbing is worked and bound off. The held stitches are placed back on the needles and worked in the same manner to a longer length and then bound off.
